You can see transactions in your back office (not POS at the moment).
Retail>Transaction Register
Add filter “Member Card No”
Enter Membership Number and hit enter.
This will bring up (sometimes not all) all your members transactions. You can see if they have used a voucher and you can see the total of each sale to work out any vouchers owing.
You can then redeem the voucher in POS using “reward” and entering the voucher amount as a negative amount (eg -$10).
Please email reception once this is done to let them know the member has used a voucher.
