Unfortunately, our gift card program provider closed their business at the end of last year and the transition to the replacement provider has had a few technical issues. Apologies this has affected your gift of going shopping at Howards!
Firstly, I need to assure you that the value on your gift card is not affected.
In the interim, stores have been given a method by which you can redeem the full value on the card. It sounds like you were not offered this?
Can we ask which store you shopped at please? We can assist them with some additional training.
Please note during the transition we cannot redeem cards online as the value is stored on the card and we need to physically see the card.
We are super close to being able to transact normally with the new system which is in testing now.
